Resolved

The drop down menu for number configuration changes wasn't functioning in the BWI portal. We confirmed a bug in the portal release today and the release was rolled back to mitigate. We've confirmed function has returned to normal and we're considering the incident resolved.

We're currently investigating a problem with the BWI Dashboard causing interruptions with number configuration updates. Relevant teams are engaged with investigating the problem.
