Between 17:00 - 19:31 UTC on November 18, a subset of outbound Toll Free and Short Code MMS were unable to be delivered to AT&T numbers.
Bandwidth is continuing to investigate this issue to identify the root cause and all actions necessary to prevent this from recurring and will update this post with an Incident Report after investigations have concluded.

Bandwidth teams have identified an off-network incident impacting Toll-Free and Short Code MMS Messages towards AT&T. Due to a vendor incident, these messages are not delivering as expected to AT&T-powered numbers. Teams are actively working to restore expected MMS delivery behaviors.
