Bandwidth will be performing network maintenance in our ATL data center. To eliminate potential for impact, customers should be prepared to receive-from and route-to their corresponding geo-redundant location. During the maintenance window, Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact to calls sent through the ATL data center.
Inbound Voice (origination) calls: We anticipate service disruption for a small portion of inbound calls in the following local markets:
244 - Roanoke, VA 332 - South Bend, IN 350 - Appleton, WI 420 - Asheville, NC 428 - Wilmington, NC 432 - Myrtle Beach, SC 442 - Augusta, GA 534 - Topeka, KS
Outbound Voice (termination) calls: Bandwidth advises that customers route all calls through their geo-redundant site during this maintenance window to eliminate any potential impact.
Emergency (911) Voice Calling: Bandwidth advises that customers route all calls through the DFW data center.
Direct Link Services (DLS): Bandwidth advises that customers route all traffic through their geo-redundant site during this maintenance window to eliminate any potential impact.
The following services will not be impacted during the maintenance: SMS/MMS Messaging HTTP Voice / Messaging services Number Ordering / Provisioning / Management API services
