Bandwidth has confirmed the delay has subsided, orders are completing as scheduled at this time, and all pending orders have completed. We're considering this issue resolved.

Bandwidth is seeing port activation delays of up to a half hour for on net orders. We're currently engaged with our porting vendor about the issue.
