Bandwidth is taking every measure available to ensure impact is minimal however, customers may observe a brief loss in service. Customers should be prepared to receive-from and route-to their corresponding geo-redundant locations to prevent service disruption.
Outbound Voice Services: Bandwidth advises that customers route outbound calls through their geo-redundant site.
SMS/MMS Messaging: Bandwidth advises that customers point their outbound message traffic to our DFW data center to avoid any service disruption.
