Bandwidth has concluded its investigation of this issue and determined that between 07:55 - 08:37 UTC on September 22, a small portion of Short Code MMS messages encountered disruption in delivery. All affected messages were retried and delivered successfully to the intended recipient.

For a brief period MMS messages were not completing ad expected. Teams are observing expected MMS deliver behavior at this time.
