Investigating
We are currently investing an incident causing some customers to not be able to take provisioning actions for Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) on the Bandwidth App.
Customers will receive the error “An error occurred while deprovisioning a campaign from TN: Skipping provisioning for TF Number.”
Messaging Support is able to correct reported numbers while we investigate this incident.
