Between 16:58 - 19:50 UTC on December 18, Bandwidth customers encountered disruptions accessing the Bandwidth App and completing orders.
Bandwidth is continuing to investigate this issue to identify the root cause and all actions necessary to prevent this from recurring and will update this post with an Incident Report after investigations have concluded.

Investigating
Bandwidth Teams are investigating an incident impacting the Bandwidth App. Users of the App may experience unexpected portal latency or errors. This includes both UI and API. Orders may be delayed in processing.
Support Portal users may not be able to authenticate via the Bandwidth App.
