At 3:45pm EDT Bandwidth implemented an internal fix to mitigate the incident with our vendor, and all calls should completing at this point. We're still working with our vendor to resolve the primary issue on their end.

Investigating
We're currently investigating a network incident with a Canadian vendor that is causing intermittent 400 code failures on some outbound calls. All relevant teams are engaged with our vendor at this time and we'll provide further updates as they become available.
