Update
We have been advised by our upstream carrier that there is a maintenance ongoing, expected to last until midnight tonight (11:59 ET 06/22/19). LATA 928 (Charlottesville, VA) was not initially included on the carrier's impact list, but they have since advised that it is in fact impacted by the maintenance.
We will provide further updates as they become available.
