Bandwidth will be performing network maintenance in our DFW data center. While all steps have been taken to minimize impact, the EVS (911) platform in DFW will experience periods of unavailability during the maintenance window.
To eliminate potential for impact, Bandwidth advises that customers route all EVS (911) calls through the geo-redundant ATL data center.
There will be no impact to 911 provisioning during this maintenance.
