Bandwidth will be performing emergency network maintenance in our RDU data center to perform an upgrade on a switch. Bandwidth is taking all necessary steps to eliminate impact during the maintenance window.
During the upgrade, number management and provisioning services including searching inventory, viewing orders, placing orders or performing any other portal/API functions will be intermittently unavailable for the following platforms:
EVS/911 Dashboard, 911 API, CNAM HTTP API My.Bandwidth Application Platform
The Bandwidth Dashboard and API will be unavailable to process orders during three separate times for up to 10 minutes each time.
The following services will not be impacted during the maintenance:

This scheduled maintenance affected: Portals (Bandwidth Dashboard, Application Platform Dashboard, 9-1-1 Dashboard), Number Management Services (New Number Ordering, Number Porting, Inbound Calling - Caller ID Lookup (CNAM), Line Feature Management), and 9-1-1 Services (9-1-1 Provisioning Service).
