Bandwidth has identified the cause of this incident and are working to restore expected network behavior. Additionally, while calls are not failing, the supporting data, such as call state, may not be available as expected.

We're currently investigating an issue causing a small number of intermittent failures for customers using the V2 voice network. Relevant teams are engaged on the issue.
