Bandwidth will be performing IP Network maintenance in our ATL data center. To eliminate potential for impact, customers should be prepared to receive-from and route-to their corresponding geo-redundant location.

During the maintenance window, Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact to calls sent through the ATL data center.

Inbound Voice (origination) calls: We anticipate service disruption for a small portion of inbound calls in the following local markets served out of the ATL data center:

*244 - Roanoke VA
*332 - South Bend IN
*350 - Appleton WI
*420 - Asheville NC
*428 - Wilmington NC
*432 - Florence SC
*442 - Augusta GA
*534 - Topeka KS

Outbound Voice (termination) calls: We suggest that customers route all calls through their geo-redundant site during this maintenance window to eliminate any potential impact.

The following services will not be impacted during the maintenance:

*Emergency (911) voice calling
*SMS / MMS Messaging
*HTTP Voice / Messaging services
*Number Ordering / Provisioning / Management API services
