Bandwidth will be performing IP Network maintenance in our ATL data center. To eliminate potential for impact, customers should be prepared to receive-from and route-to their corresponding geo-redundant location. During the maintenance window, Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact to calls sent through the ATL data center.
Inbound Voice (origination) calls: We anticipate brief service disruption (up to 45 seconds) for a small portion of inbound calls in the following local markets served out of the ATL data center:
-244 - Roanoke VA
-332 - South Bend IN
-350 - Appleton WI
-420 - Asheville NC
-428 - Wilmington NC
-432 - Florence SC
-442 - Augusta GA
-534 - Topeka KS
Outbound Voice (termination) calls: We suggest that customers route all calls through their geo-redundant site during this maintenance window to eliminate any potential impact.
The following services will not be impacted during the maintenance:
-Emergency (911) voice calling
-SMS / MMS Messaging
-HTTP Voice / Messaging services
-Number Ordering / Provisioning / Management API services
