Bandwidth will be performing IP Network maintenance in our ATL data center. To eliminate potential for impact, customers should be prepared to receive-from and route-to their corresponding geo-redundant location.
During the maintenance window, Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact to calls sent through the ATL data center.
Voice-origination (Inbound) calls: We anticipate service disruption for a small portion of inbound calls served out of the ATL data center:
244 - Roanoke VA
332 - South Bend IN
350 - Appleton WI
420 - Asheville NC
428 - Wilmington NC
432 - Florence SC
442 - Augusta GA
534 - Topeka KS
Voice-termination (Outbound) calls: We will return SIP 503 error and calls can be successfully set up over each customer's SBC in geo-redundant data center.
9-1-1 Calls: We will pro-actively reject calls from the ATL data center for the duration of this maintenance. Please ensure your systems are setup to fail-over any such calls to our geo-redundant location in DFW. Alternatively, customers can also send calls to our DFW data center as the primary choice.
