Bandwidth will be performing maintenance on the Bandwidth 9 Proxy. While Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact to calls destined for Bandwidth 9, there will be brief service disruption lasting a few minutes. Any active calls on the proxy will be unaffected. Additionally, new calls destined for Bandwidth 9 will set up on the Bandwidth 7 Proxy during the service disruption.

The Bandwidth 7 Proxy will be unaffected during this event. Bandwidth 9 customers are advised to point all traffic to Bandwidth 7 to ensure no interruption to service.

Customers currently connected directly to Bandwidth SBC's will not be impacted by this maintenance and can ignore this maintenance notification.
