Bandwidth will be performing maintenance in our Atlanta data center. During the maintenance window, Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact to calls sent through the Atlanta data center. While we do not expect any impact to services, we advise customers to route all calls through their geo-redundant site for the duration of this event to eliminate any potential impact.
Inbound Voice (Origination) Calls: In the unlikely event of service impact, customers may experience disruption for a small portion of inbound calls in the following local markets served out of the ATL data center:
-244 - Roanoke, VA
-332 - South Bend, IN
-350 - Appleton, WI
-420 - Asheville, NC
-428 - Wilmington, NC
-432 - Myrtle Beach, SC
-442 - Augusta, GA
-534 - Topeka, KS
Outbound Voice (Termination) Calls: We suggest that customers route all calls through their geo-redundant site.
Emergency (911) Voice Calling: We suggest that customers route all calls through DFW.
The following services will not be impacted during the maintenance:
-SMS / MMS Messaging
-HTTP Voice / Messaging Services
-Number Ordering / Provisioning / Management API Services
