Bandwidth will be performing an upgrade on our 9-1-1 platform. There will be a very brief disruption in service on the 9-1-1 dashboard and API. 9-1-1 dashboard portal users may be expected to log back in. There will be no disruption to call processing during this maintenance. All 9-1-1 emergency calls will process as normal.
