Scheduled
Bandwidth will be performing IP Network maintenance in our LAX data center. To eliminate potential for impact, customers should be prepared to receive-from and route-to their corresponding geo-redundant location.
During the maintenance window, Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact to calls and messages sent through the LAX data center.
Voice-origination calls: We anticipate service disruption lasting approximately a minute for a small portion of origination footprint served out of LAX data center.
Voice-termination calls: We will return 503 and calls can be successfully setup over each customer's SBC in geo-redundant data center.
Messaging: We advise customers to point their outbound message traffic to our DFW data center to avoid any service disruption.
For assistance defining your specific geo-redundant location or for any additional clarification, please reach out to our Customer Success Team via bandwidth.com/support portal.
