Bandwidth will be performing network maintenance in our DFW data center. To eliminate potential for impact, customers should be prepared to receive-from and route-to their corresponding geo-redundant location. During the maintenance window, Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact to calls sent through the DFW data center.

Inbound Voice (origination) calls: We anticipate service disruption for a small portion of inbound calls in the following local markets served out of the DFW data center:

Outbound Voice (termination) calls: Bandwidth advises that customers route all calls through their geo-redundant site during this maintenance window to eliminate any potential impact.

Emergency (911) Voice Calling: Bandwidth advises that customers route all calls through the ATL data center.

SMS/MMS Messaging: We advise customers to point their outbound message traffic to our LAX data center to avoid any service disruption.

The following services will not be impacted during the maintenance:
HTTP Voice / Messaging services
Number Ordering / Provisioning / Management API services
